Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies are my all time favorite. Hands down. There's nothing in the world that matches the amazing taste of a Chocolate Chip Cookie. I started baking them via store bought dough when I was about 10 years old and years later began the journey towards creating my very own recipe that combined all of the good qualities I had discovered by tasting a Chocolate Chip Cookie from every single bakery I ever encountered.

I'm not a soft baked gal. I'm not a crispy cookie girl either. I'm smack dab in the middle where a caramelized bottom combines with a pillow soft center person. I use semi-sweet chocolate chips in my recipe because it adds depth to the all around flavor.
