9 x 13 inch Granola Bar Cake

 

Ingredients:

170g walnuts (1 ½ cups)

170g chocolate chips (1 cup)

375g flour (3 cups)

200g oats (2 cups)

50g brown sugar (1/4 cup)

½ ts salt

1 TB baking powder

1 ts cinnamon

3 TB oil

½ cup maple syrup

1 stick butter, melted

2 eggs

2 ts vanilla

1 cup milk

 

Directions:


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Spray oil on baking pan if it is required.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Combine liquid ingredients in a separate bowl and mix until eggs are beaten.
4. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
5. Pour and spread batter evenly into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Some pans require extra preparation like an oil or butter coating or parchment paper.
6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes.
